The TOA TS-772 Delegate Unit is a key component of the TOA Conference System, providing easy control and clear communication for delegates during meetings and conferences. Its compact, lightweight design ensures simple installation and storage, while the built-in speaker allows delegates to hear the voices from other conference units. The speaker is automatically turned off when the microphone is in use to prevent audio feedback.

The unit features a press-to-talk button, allowing delegates to activate their microphone when speaking. When the speech button is in the OFF position, the microphone is disabled, but the speaker remains on, enabling delegates to listen to other speakers in the conference. The TS-772 also includes a recording output mini-jack for connecting to a recording device, making it ideal for capturing the audio from the conference.

A ring-shaped LED on the optional microphone lights up when the microphone is active, ensuring delegates know when they are transmitting audio. The unit is powered by 36V DC under 30mA supplied from the central unit. For added customization, two types of dedicated gooseneck microphones are available: the standard TS-773 and the longer TS-774 models.
